Biography:

Fr. Elisha was born and raised in Cairo, Egypt. His family immigrated to South Africa in 1993 where Fr. Elisha was heavily involved in the Coptic Church mission as a layman for many years.  On September 11, 2002, he was ordained as a priest for the Bishopric of Mission Affairs in Kenya to serve in the tribal villages.  In 2018, he and his family moved to Virginia where Fr. Elisha supports and assists the ministry at St. Mark’s.  Fr. Elisha and his wife Manal have two children- Joshua and Anastasia.
