Biography:
Father David Abdelsayed was born in California in 1974. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering in 1996, a Masters Degree in Structural Engineering in 1999, and another Masters degree in Marriage and Family Therapy in 2005.
He served at Saint Athanasius church in Northridge as a Sunday School teacher and Youth Leader from 1996 to 2002. In 1999, he became a consecrated servant in the Diocese.
He served at Saint Verena and the Three Holy Youth Church from 2002 until his ordination as a Deacon on February 2, 2006.
On February 19, 2006 he was ordained a presbyter and served at Saint Maurice Coptic Orthodox Church in Pomona until 2015.
In August 2015, he began his service at Holy Transfiguration Church until the present time.
