Biography:

He was born in 1947 and graduated from Alexandria University with a degree in Electrical engineering. He also has a Masters Degree in Education. He worked in Saudia Arabia and in Dubai for many years as a faculty member of the Higher College of Engineering, Dubai.

He served at St. George Church in Alexandria and at St. Mark & St. Bishoy Church in Dubai. He was ordained on February 17, 2008 by H.G. Bishop Serapion to serve at St. George & St. Bishoy Church in Visalia.
