Biography:

Rev. Dr. Antony Andrews, serves the church of Virgin Mary & St. Pachomious Coptic Orthodox Church in Stony Point, NY. He served as a full deacon before his priesthood ordination in 2017. He holds a master's degree in Theology from St. Vladimir's Seminary and a Doctorate of Ministry from Pittsburg Theological Seminary. In addition to his various ministries, he is also an Adjunct Professor at St. John's University, where he teaches Orthodox Theology, Spirituality of the Educator, and Coptic Language. He has also taught at Holy Sophia Coptic Orthodox School of Theology. He works with young couples as a premarital counseling facilitator through Prepare & Enrich. He also serves as a delegate for the Standing Conference of Oriental Orthodox Churches (SCOOCH). Fr. Antony is a proud husband of Lilyan Andrews and father of Amelia (4), Hannah (2) & another baby girl arriving soon. Fr. Antony hopes to publish his doctoral dissertation as a book in 2022 on Patristic Biblical Exegesis. He enjoys cooking, exercising, and spending time with his family during his time off.
