Biography:

Father Mena Fam grew up in Egypt and graduated from Mansura University with a Bachelor of Pharmacy in 1982.  Before entering priesthood, Father Mena Fam served in many church services, including Sunday School, youth services, servant meetings and deacon services. On November 25, 1990, Father Mena was ordained as a priest for the Diocese of El-Mahalla. In El-Mahalla, Father Mena served at St. Mary Coptic Orthodox Church, St. Abanoub Coptic Orthodox Church, and St. George Coptic Orthodox Church.

On August 4, 2001, Fr. Mena Fam was appointed by H. H. Pope Shenouda III to become the priest of Archangels Michael & Gabriel Coptic Orthodox Church in Fresno, CA.
