Biography:

Father Angelos Sarkis was born on May 23rd, 1960.  He was raised in Tanta, Egypt, where he received a Bachelor of Science in Business and Accounting in 1982.  Fr. Angelos  also received a Bachelor in Theology at the Clerical College in Cairo, Egypt in 1993.

He was ordained a Presbyter by His Grace Bishop Paula, on March 3rd, 1995, over St. George Cathedral in Tanta, Egypt.  He served in Tanta for 8 years as a priest, after which he was chosen by His Holiness Pope Shenouda III to serve the congregation of St. George church in Seattle, WA on April 15th, 2003.
